Lodging tip - their Cañon City base is right across the street from a cute vintage campground called Starlight Village. This too was a great place to stay with clean campers for rent."

"This was a great tour. We did a half day tour of the Blue River , a short ride from Breckenridge/ Frisco. Our tour guide Grace did a great job of keeping us safe while still having a fun trip. The water is super cold, so wet suits are mandatory, but are provided as part of the total cost. I highly recommend this tour if don’t want to be all day on the river. Enjoy!"

"It’s a well oiled machine. Our family of five felt safe the whole time - no one fell out or felt unsafe. Thanks to our great guide Andrew! Easy rafting for an hour and then an hour of some rapids. They weren’t crazy but definitely fun for us as first timers. You can wear their rubber booties or your own water shoes if they are guaranteed to stay on (not flip flops). There are some great food options in Buena Vista worth stopping at before going home. We ate at EddieLine for lunch. Great experience white water rafting !"
