Having something to look forward to—like spending a day on the river with family—can bring you joy in times of stress and uncertainty. Our new hassle-free cancellation policy gives you the flexibility to change your date or get a full refund for cancellations made 72 hours before a trip.
As of March 2020, our new cancellation policy is that guests cancelling outside of 72 hours will receive a full refund – no fees.
Guests still have the option to purchase cancellation coverage for a 6% fee, for cancellations made within 72 hours. With cancellation coverage, they can cancel up until 6 pm on the eve of their trip and receive a full refund – less the insurance fee.
Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable without cancellation coverage.
If extenuating circumstances arise and there is absolutely no chance that you will be able to arrive as scheduled for your reserved trip, we encourage you to contact us immediately. If we are able to resell your reserved spots, we can issue a credit for a future trip valid through the following season, less a $ 10/pp cancellation fee. Our ability to resell your spots will depend on the amount of lead time that we have and the current demand.
