Performance Tours is looking for full and part-time seasonal support staff to work in our fun, fast-paced rafting offices. We have customer service positions available in reservations, sales, and retail as well as CDL driver positions.

We are committed to paying our staff the most competitive wages in the rafting industry. Our pay scale is above industry standard and will depend upon experience and qualifications for the position.

Raft Guide

Performance Tours raft guides are the best in the business. We offer one the most comprehensive raft guide training programs in the state for new river guides and are always looking for experienced raft guides to join the PT family. Learn more about our Raft Guide Training Program and apply today.

We are looking for friendly, guest service-oriented individuals with excellent customer service skills. The candidate should have a positive attitude and enjoy interacting with guests from around the world. The job requires an outgoing personality, good organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. In addition, strong computer and phone skills are necessary.  We will train the right candidate and provide knowledge of the rafting industry, the different trips that we offer, and activities in the surrounding area.  Staff members are invited and encouraged to get out on the river on their days off, and we offer discounts to friends and family on a space available basis.

Job Duties Include:

Drivers must have a Class BP2 (Class B with passenger and air brake endorsement). Our CDL drivers must be enrolled in the federal drug and alcohol (FMCSA) testing program. The job responsibilities include driving shuttles from our base camp to the put-in and take-outs at the river. We use busses and vans with trailers carrying boats. Safety is our number one priority, so attention to detail, including pre and post trip inspections, cleaning, and good communication skills are a must.

Performance Tours, Inc. is one of Colorado’s most established and trusted outfitters. We accept applications year-round for summer positions (May – early September). We start conducting interviews for guide positions and driving positions in March.
Our river guide certification program for new guides runs for 2 weeks in May, whereupon successful completion you are certified to guide commercially in Colorado. Performance Tours, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
