Having something to look forward to like spending a day on the river brings so much joy. Our hassle-free cancellation policy gives you the flexibility you want on vacation. To change your date or get a full refund, cancellations must be made 72 hours before a trip.
Guests have the option to purchase cancellation coverage when making a reservation. For a 6% fee, a trip can be canceled up until 6 pm on the eve of their trip. You will receive a full refund-less the cancellation fee.
If extenuating circumstances arise and there is absolutely no chance that you will be able to arrive as scheduled for your reserved trip, we encourage you to contact us immediately. If we are able to resell your reserved spots, we can issue a credit for a future trip valid through the following season, less a $ 10/pp cancellation fee. Our ability to resell your spots will depend on the amount of lead time that we have and the current demand.
