Amazing August Late Summer Rafting
Late summer Rafting is Perfect!
Late summer can be the best time to go whitewater rafting! Rafting is ideal from June to mid-August but depending on the year, you can get on the river as late as Labor Day. The length of the season depends on the snowpack from the previous winter.
August is always beautiful in Buena Vista, CO. With warm temperatures and lots of sunshine, spending a day on the river is an attractive activity for Colorado visitors and locals alike.
